1. Return Eligibility: Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of package delivery in cases of damaged seals, defective packaging, expired items, or wrong item delivery.
2. Refund Processing: Refunds can be processed either instantly to your Store Wallet or credited back to your original payment source within 3-5 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Unsealed food items cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety guidelines unless reported defective upon arrival.
